As Vice president of WVTC, I would like to bring a working RDSB to the station to broadcast not only music information, but weather and school/radio related events.
I will need to create a board to transmit information to this RDSMAX 4000+. Once transmitted, the RDSMAX 4000+ will broadcast to the transmitter, adding an RDS signal to the FM broadcast.
The current RDSMAX 4000+ board is in need for some repairs, I have already replaced a capacitor on it, making it functional, but still unable to produce a clear signal.
